La P'tite Cartonnerie is an old cardboard factory on the banks of the river. The gite comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), a second bedroom (1 bed 140) with private shower room, a linen room and two toilets. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace facing the park, with summer furniture. Poitiers, "City of Art and History" is 8 km away. Bed linen and towels are available for hire. A fishing licence is required for fishing.
