In southern Vienne, close to Deux Sèvres and Charentes, single-storey house (100 m² including veranda) on 1,000 m² of enclosed land, located at the end of the village, very close to N10 and shops, electric hook-up point 50 m away.
Living/dining room, kitchen, utility/laundry room, 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bunk bed). Shower room with WC and separate WC, reversible air conditioning, veranda, outdoor plancha.
Poitiers 20 minutes away (SNCF and bus stations), Futuroscope 30 minutes away, Vallée des Singes and plant mazes 20 minutes away.

    Gite bien situé.

    Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Le gîte est spacieux avec une déco ancienne. Le matin la rue est très passante en semaine. Très bien placé pour nous qui connaissons la région.

    Séjour à Noël

    L'accueil a été excellent, gîte très propre, confortable et bien équipé.
    La proximité à pieds de tous les services(avec un supermarché juste à côté) est un plus non négligeable.

    Que du bonus pour ce gîte que je recommande fortement.
