Located in the courtyard of the old farmhouse and close to the owners, La Malinerie is arranged on two levels and can easily accommodate two families. On the first floor are the living room with veranda opening onto the terrace, a sitting room, a small bedroom (1 bed 140), a shower room and wc. Upstairs: two bedrooms (2 beds 90), two bedrooms (1 bed 140), a shower room and wc. A large plot of land is available with garden furniture for relaxing. There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the area. The river "Le Clain" flows 500 m away and fishing is possible.

Fred 41 Gîte parfait
Je suis venu avec 9 amis pour participer aux championnats de France de fléchette et nous avons trouvé ce gîte de 10 personnes qui est parfait. Il manque de rien il y a tout pour un super séjour. A 5min de Smarves où vous trouverez bar/tabac, épicerie, pharmacie, boulangerie et boucherie et Poitiers un peu plus loin. Les propriétaires sont d’une gentillesse et très discret . Je recommande pour vos escapades en groupe . J’y retournerais avec plaisir si les championnats se refont à Poitiers .

REN RUN FUTUROSCOPE EN FAMILLE
Gîte conforme aux normes de gite de France, très très bien équipé vous avez besoin de quelque chose forcement on va le trouver il y a tout.
maison très agréable avec un environnement très reposant.
la météo très favorable pour une soirée en extérieur.
