La Maison Poitevine is an attractive house entirely renovated on two levels. On the first floor are the kitchen, dining/living room and separate wc. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one (1 bed 140) and two (1 bed 160 or 2 beds 80), as well as a shower room and wc. Garden furniture is available in front of the Holiday cottage, and heating is calculated according to actual consumption. Access to a pond for no-kill fishing. Species include carp, roach and pike. A 4-person rowing boat is available, and the lake can be reached on foot from the Holiday cottage or by car. Forest walks are also possible, with just one path to cross. Chauvigny "City of Art and History" is 7 km away (medieval city, Géants du Ciel, Vélo-Rail, etc.).

Belle ancienne maison rénovée avec goût. Très propre et bien rangé avec une cuisine bien équipée . Je recommande vivement.les propriétaires étaient très gentils.

Un bon plan pour ceux qui veulent visiter la région, on est près de tous les sites. A La Courance, il y a tout ce dont on a besoin lorsqu'on est en vacances, four, bbq, de quoi cuisiner, Lave linge et lave vaisselle, etc. Les lits sont très confortables. l'escalier, un peu raide, peut handicaper des personnes âgées.

Merci pour votre avis, et heureux que votre séjour se soit bien passé. Concernant l'escalier, il est pourtant standard et avec une main courante. Peut-être effectivement que les personnes âgées doivent privilégier la recherche de gîte de plain pied (sans étage) si les escaliers sont un handicape.
