La Maison de Gilu

Located close to Hiking and/or mountain biking trails, joining the Sylvain Chavanel green line 1km away. The Holiday cottage is 10 mn from Châtellerault, 10 mn from Futuroscope and 30 mn from Poitiers. Local shops are 2.5 km away, as well as a Doctor and Pharmacy. A supermarket is 5 km away. The 1960s house is simply and comfortably furnished, with a large living room (fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge), 3 bedrooms: two with double beds (140cm) and one with 2 single beds (90cm). 1 shower room with vanity unit, Italian shower and bidet. Separate WC. Bed linen available for hire. Baby facilities (Umbrella bed, high chair, small bathtub) Outside: car parking, wooded garden, covered terrace, all enclosed.
