La Maison de Gatienne

Located next to the owners' house, Maison de Gatienne is between Châtellerault and La Roche Posay. First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), bathroom and separate toilet. The 1st floor comprises a large bedroom with 2 140cm beds, a bedroom with 1 130cm bed, a shower room and separate wc. Courtyard for dining or parking.
Numerous nearby Hiking trails. The spa town of La Roche Posay is 6 km away (ideal for spa-goers) and Châtellerault, a city of art and history, is 16 km away.
Electricity consumption, including electric heating, is extra all year round, with a deduction of 8 kWh per day during peak hours, paid by the owner.
Rate 2026 decreasing from the 2nd week of rental in high and very high season: 430 € the first week, 415 € the second week and 405 € the third. Cleaning deposit of €50.
Charging an electric vehicle is forbidden.
