Located next to the owners' house, Maison de Gatienne is between Châtellerault and La Roche Posay. First floor: living room with kitchenette and sitting area, bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), bathroom and separate toilet. The 1st floor comprises a large bedroom with 2 140cm beds, a bedroom with 1 130cm bed, a shower room and separate wc. Courtyard for dining or parking.
Numerous nearby Hiking trails. The spa town of La Roche Posay is 6 km away (ideal for spa-goers) and Châtellerault, a city of art and history, is 16 km away.
Electricity consumption, including electric heating, is extra all year round, with a deduction of 8 kWh per day during peak hours, paid by the owner.
Rate 2026 decreasing from the 2nd week of rental in high and very high season: 430 € the first week, 415 € the second week and 405 € the third. Cleaning deposit of €50.
Charging an electric vehicle is forbidden.

Yvan Une maison très bien aménagée
Très bon séjour. Le gîte est parfait pour nous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son équipement, son calme campagnard et la place de parking privée. La région est très belle: il y a beaucoup de patrimoine et de belles rivières. Boulangerie à Coussay et supermarché à La Roche-Posay.
