This spacious 200 m² detached house, nestled in the village of Champ near La Trimouille, offers all the comfort and space needed to accommodate up to 16 people in the best possible conditions.
With its 6 bedrooms spread over two floors and its spacious 56 m² living room, the house fosters a warm, welcoming atmosphere without sacrificing anyone’s privacy. The fully equipped kitchen (25 m²) and the large entryway (20 m²) round out a layout designed with group stays in mind.
Outside, the private Piscine and its sunny terrace naturally become the heart of your days. The tree-lined garden, the covered ping-pong table, and the barbecue/plancha provide everything you need for memorable evenings.
For your comfort, everything is taken care of upon your arrival: bed linen and towels provided, Housekeeping included, Wifi Internet, TV, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Baby gear is also available on-site.
