Located at the gateway to Poitiers, La Cartonnerie (a former factory) is on one level and on the banks of the Auxance river. The house comprises a kitchen half-open onto the living room, a bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), a bedroom (1 bed 140) with private shower room, a third bedroom (4 beds 90), a bathroom with shower, a linen room and two toilets. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace facing the park, where summer furniture is laid out. Poitiers, "City of Art and History" is 8 km away. Bed linen and towels can be hired. A fishing card is required for fishing.
