This old stone house, completely renovated, is located in a small hamlet overlooking the Countryside, close to a farm (mainly cereal-growing, with a few animals in winter). The house comprises a large covered shelter with laundry room and toilet, a vast living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Upstairs, the landing leads to three bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds), a shower room and toilet. In the south of the department, close to the Charente river, relaxation is guaranteed in lush green Countryside.
Bed linen included. Electric heating not included, invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading).
Air-conditioned Holiday cottage.
Electric vehicle charging not permitted.

Margaret Relaxing and Comfortable Stay
We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay in this Gite. The owner greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming. The gite was true to the listing and had all the necessary equipment required for a self catering break. The fans were well used in the hot weather. The decor was beautiful, just to our taste! We spent most days lounging in the comfy chairs on the verranda taking in the beautiful view or exploring the pretty towns and villages in the locality. We would strongly recommend this gite to others. Many thanks Sophie.
