Valérie, Thierry and their two very sociable Australian shepherds, Harley and Moka, welcome you to a characterful stone house, entirely renovated with noble, local materials. Located in the heart of the Vienne region, just 8 km from Futuroscope and 20 km from Poitiers, the estate offers calm, authenticity and comfort. Discover the region's many attractions: the Loire castles, Saint-Savin abbey, the medieval town of Chauvigny, Dissay castle and spa, the Vallée des Singes and Saint-Cyr Lake (4 km away) with its beach and bar. The property features terraces, a reading area, a pétanque court, a heated infinity pool (in season) and a shared gaming room (billiards, arcade terminals, multimedia). A 5-seater Jacuzzi is installed in a troglodyte and is accessible free of charge (1 hour per stay, by reservation, subject to availability, towels provided).
The house offers four comfortable Bed and breakfast rooms, each with private shower room and WC, top-of-the-range bedding with linen supplied, walk-in shower, towels, soap, hydro-alcoholic gel, hairdryer, TV, mini-bar (at an extra charge) and Piscine towels. Last but not least, a table d'hôtes is available (booking 48 hours in advance), with tasty home-cooked dishes concocted by Valérie. Whether you're just passing through or on vacation, we've thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable.
