With its private swimming pool, refined, high-quality decor and breathtaking views over the Countryside, Domaine du Haut Vernay welcomes you for an exceptional stay. The living area is on the first floor, with the kitchen opening onto the lounge, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), a bathroom with double basins, corner bath and Italian shower, and separate WC. Around the Piscine (unsupervised swimming, open from May to October), a summer kitchen has been fitted out with garden furniture; deckchairs complete the ensemble, as does a beautifully landscaped 800 m² garden.
A 5-seater Spa is available in a heated garden studio (usable all year round), built in exotic wood with a small terrace and Japanese garden. Bed linen, towels and housekeeping included in the price.
The property also boasts a cedar of Lebanon classified as a "Remarkable Tree".
A 22 kW recharging point is available (electricity not included).
Holiday cottage ideal for golfing at the Domaine de Roiffé Golf Club, Loudun or Fontevraud.

A fabulous Gites
5/5Domaine du Haute Vernay is a beautiful Gites, excellently appointed and extremely comfortable - one of the best we have experienced. Everything about it is just lovely - the gardens, the pool and Spa, the covered outdoor kitchen area and the house itself are so well kept and comfortable, everything has been thought through very carefully to ensure your stay is relaxing and stress free. We were very sad to leave.
Elisabeth and Philippe are wonderful hosts and obviously care very much that their guests have an enjoyable stay. We can highly recommend this Gites.- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Le logement est impeccable, les hôtes sont accueillants et bienveillants, la cadre est magnifique. Il y a tt le confort et ce dont on a besoin. Nous recommandons de tt coeur ce lieu qui est parfait pour déconnecter et se reposer en famille.

Perfection
