Upstairs: one bedroom (one 90-bed and one 120-bed), one bedroom (one 140-bed), and a separate toilet. Phone, DVD player, electric heating (billed based on actual usage), 3 reversible heat pumps (billed based on actual usage), firewood provided (1/2 stère). Enclosed courtyard and garden with outdoor furniture, kids’ play area, and covered patio. The holiday cottage is located in a lovely hilly region (3 rivers) offering numerous sports and cultural activities: extreme sports (water skiing, bungee jumping, race track), hiking trails (one of which passes right by the cottage), Romanesque (Poitiers, Saint-Savin, etc.) and medieval art (Chauvigny), and wildlife (monkeys in Romagne, birds of prey in Chauvigny, crocodiles in Civaux).
