First floor: kitchen-living room, lounge, bedroom (1 bed 140) with mezzanine, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 bed 90 and one bed 120), one bedroom (1 bed 140), wc. Telephone, DVD, electric heating (actual consumption), wood supplied for 1/2 stere. Enclosed courtyard and garden with furniture, children's play area and covered play area. The gîte is located in a pretty, undulating region (3 rivers) offering many sporting and cultural activities: thrilling sports (water skiing, bungee jumping, car racing), hiking trails (one of which passes in front of the gîte), Romanesque (Poitiers, Saint-Savin,...) and medieval (Chauvigny) art, animals (monkeys in Romagne, birds of prey in Chauvigny, crocodiles in Civaux).
