CASA IOIO is an all-inclusive (except tourist tax) family Holiday cottage located less than 10 minutes from Futuroscope. Nestled in a tastefully restored old ruin, it offers a warm, modern and functional setting, ideal for getting together with family, friends or colleagues. Every space has been designed to combine comfort, privacy and conviviality.
The Holiday cottage combines two dwellings into one, offering two bright living rooms and two fully-equipped kitchens, perfect for welcoming groups while retaining a certain independence in the organization of their stay.
There are four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own private shower room and WC. One bedroom is located on the first floor, facilitating access for guests with mobility difficulties.
Upstairs, a lounge-bar with beer taps offers a dedicated space to relax or share a moment with a small group.
Outside, you'll find facilities designed for comfort and leisure: a 3x4-meter heated swimming pool, a professional spa, a brazier and a petanque court. The outdoor layout makes the most of sunny days and evenings.
