Gîte in an old 15th-century Basque farmhouse, comprising the owner's house and another gîte (G152073), located at the foot of La Rhune on a dead-end road.
Kitchen (microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine), living room, sitting area, wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms/wc (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90).
Central heating at extra cost. Sheets and towels for hire. Wifi internet access.
Private terrace with garden furniture, large shared unfenced plot.
The owner also speaks Basque.

Neomarseillais Bien dans l'ensemble
Gîte très spacieux, très bien situé, quelques améliorations à prévoir : salle de bains chambre double et matelas chambre double. L'autre gîte du même propriétaire permet d'être plus indépendant.

Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience, comme stipulé sur le descriptif le gite se trouve en façade d'une ancienne ferme basque, mitoyen au propriétaire. Le gîte a été contrôle par notre service qualité en 2023, et conforme au cahier des charges Gites de France. il dispose de 2 SDB privatives aux chambres, et d'une décoration traditionnelle.
