Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owner's house, with private access and terrace, located 1.5km from the town of Urcuit, 15km from Bayonne and the Basque Coast.
All on one level, it comprises :
- a living room with sitting area and kitchenette (2-burner electric hob, oven/microwave, top-of-the-range fridge)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- bathroom
- a toilet
Bed linen provided. Towels can be hired.
Electric heating is extra.
WIFI connection.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

vacances agréables

petit logement confortable idéal pour un couple avec toutes les commodités. Cadre très tranquille proche de tous les petits commerces ( Boulangerie pâtisserie réputée pour son gâteau basque).Calme et détente assurés.

Location au calme proche de Bayonne

Un pied à terre plaisant en pays basque, au rdc de la maison habitee par les propriétaires. Situé à 25 min de Bayonne il est nécessaire d'être véhiculé. Pour 2 personnes pas plus par rapport au nb de couverts.

Joli petit gîte sur les hauteurs du village d'Urcuit qui correspond au descriptif (le sèche cheveux à disposition n'est pas mentionné)
Vrai havre de calme
Sa localisation permet de sillonner le pays Basque
Commerces (boulangerie avec de bons produits et Intermarché) très proches
