Adjacent to an old farmhouse, the Zazpithurria holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the treasures of the Basque Country: hiking, biking, visiting picturesque villages, sampling local products...
Relax and recharge in the countryside, surrounded by magnificent natural scenery, just 8 minutes from Saint-Palais (shops, Restaurants, Cinema, Markets, medical services, Basque pelota, and numerous sports activities…).
Enjoy the tranquility of a cozy and welcoming 3-star holiday cottage right in the heart of the Basque Country. Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port is 30 minutes away. Espelette and its famous chili peppers are 45 minutes away. The Pyrenees, the ocean, and the beaches are all within an hour’s drive.
As soon as you enter, you’ll find a relaxation area on the ground floor for reading and board games, with direct access to the garden—ideal for Kids.
Upstairs, there’s a functional living area featuring:
- a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven, microwave), a cozy dining area,
- a warm and inviting living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, and secure high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (suitable for Telework).
- 1 bedroom (1 160-size bed) with a shower room and separate toilet.
- 1 bedroom (2 90-size beds) with a shower room and separate toilet.
Private pantry (refrigerator-freezer, washing machine). Baby equipment.
Beds made on arrival. Bath linens available for rent upon request.

Sab Magnifique!
Le gîte Zazpithuria est un véritable havre de bien être !
Les hôtes nous ont réservé un accueil plus que chaleureux! Caroline et Steven sont vraiment très sympathiques et agréables. Ils nous ont donné de supers conseils sur les visites à faire, les marchés, les restaurants.
Le gîte Zazpithuria est extrêmement propre, très très bien équipé et très chaleureux, à l'image de ses propriétaires !
Tout a été pensé pour que le voyageur s'y sente bien, plaids sur le canapé, jeux de société, carte et brochures du coin....Et que dire du panier de bienvenue !!! Vraiment excellent: des produits locaux et un gâteau fait maison!!!
Franchement, tout est parfait!Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Sérénité Sérénité
Alors mon avis c'est que je recommande ce gîte sans aucune hésitation à qui recherche le calme,la sérénité,le panorama qui vous en met plein la vue,le pays basque, Béarn est une région accueillante, très verdoyante,les habitants sont charmants,l'accueil des propriétaires Steven et Caroline qui sont aux petits soins de notre arrivée à notre départ . Je pourrais écrire un roman tellement nous avons passés un séjour excellent !!

Julie Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Caroline et Steven. Le gîte est très bien placé pour découvrir la région. Au calme il est parfaitement équipé et très confortable. Les enfants ont adoré le jardin. Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et ont été aux petits soins pour nous tout au long du séjour.
