Holiday cottage on the first floor of the owners' house, 3.8km from the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle and 11km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz.
The Holiday cottage comprises :
- a living room with kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker), dining area and sitting area
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, en-suite shower room
- wc
- storeroom (washing machine)
Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.
Heating included.
There's a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in front of the Holiday cottage, and a garden area with deckchairs nearby.

Les Hauts Savoyards Etxean bezala !
Gîte tout confort, très bien équipé +++. Prestations de grandes qualités ! Il faut également mettre en avant l'accueil de Marie Claire et Jean Louis avec qui il a été très agréable d’échanger.

Nantais Vraiment parfait!
Magnifique gîte, spacieux et très bien équipé. Accueil et gentillesse des propriétaires (et de leur chien) à mentionner avec le gâteau basque à l’arrivée pour récupérer du voyage ! Gîte bien situé pour visiter cette magnifique région même avec un ciel un peu capricieux.
