XUHINXAHAREA is an unoverlooked Semi-detached house in the hills above the village of Banca, 800m from the village center.
The Holiday cottage has 3 levels.
First floor:
- a day room with a fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 2-burner gas hob with 2 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave), living room and sitting area with fireplace insert
- a storeroom (washing machine)

1st floor :
- large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- shower room/wc
2nd floor:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm)

Electric heating included. Air conditioning in day room. Wood available on request.
Covered terrace with mountain views, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking space.

XUHINXAHAREA is an ideal base for exploring the Aldudes Valley and the Hiking trails of the Basque mountains.
The Holiday cottage is 20 minutes from the citadel of St Jean-Pied-de-Port.
The Nive river also offers the possibility of white-water sports (rafting...).
You can combine relaxation with sporting activities.

Izaï Séjour ressourçant dans un cadre magnifique
La maison est très belle, confortable. On a apprécié en particulier la cheminée et le auvent, permettant de profiter de toutes les météos, ce qui est appréciable au pays basque. Grandes chambres, lits confortables. Vue extraordinaire pour nous sur l'autre versant de la vallée. C'est tout vert, on adore. La maison se trouve aussi au départ d'une magnifique balade. On recommande vivement !

Lécisamis Chalet impeccable
Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Présentation des lieus très complète et bons conseils sur les possibilités d’activités et approvisionnements de tous ordres. Le chalet est bien fonctionnel pour 3 couples et surtout particulièrement propre. On espère y revenir une prochaine fois.
