Gîte on the first floor of a Basque farmhouse comprising the owner's apartment and another gîte (G152283), on the edge of the D3, 3.5 km from the lake and 3km from the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Dayroom with fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher), living room with sitting area, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room, wc. Small storeroom on first floor (washing machine).
Beds made up on arrival. Wifi internet connection. Electric heating included.
Covered terrace with garden furniture. Balcony. Large communal garden with beautiful mountain views.
Hiking trails from the gîte. The gîte is ideally located close to all points of interest in the Basque Country, 12km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz, 7km from Espelette.

Gite très bien situé au calme. Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nombreuse mouches dans le gîte, mais c'est normal puisque le gîte est situé non loin de la ferme.

Nadxav Belle bâtisse Basque
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au pays Basque.
Le gîte est proche du bourg, base idéal pour visiter la Côte ou les terres.

Bonjour et merci pour votre avis.
La période durant laquelle vous avez séjourné dans ce gîte à St Pée sur Nivelle a été particulièrement orageuse et les températures très hautes.
D'où la présence de nombreuses mouches dans toute la région.
Conseils pour ces périodes: aération des hébergements le matin à la fraiche et fermeture aux crochets des volets en journée permettent de diminuer leur présence en intérieur.
