Holiday cottage on the first floor of a Basque house comprising the owner's apartment and another gîte (G152284), on the edge of the D3, 3.5 km from the Lake and 3km from the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, gas hob, oven, dishwasher), living room with sitting area (pellet stove), 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room/wc (washing machine).
Beds made on arrival. Wifi Internet connection. Gas heating included.
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large communal garden with beautiful Mountain views.
Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage. The Holiday cottage is ideally located close to all points of interest in the Basque Country, 12km from the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz and 7km from Espelette.

Unijambiste Week-end au pays Basque
Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique région. Le gîte correspond parfaitement à la description et le propriétaire est très sympathique. La grande douche italienne est pratique (je suis unijambiste). Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Vincent Idéal au coeur du pays basque
Un gîte idéalement situé pour visiter le Labourd, proche à la fois de la mer et de la Rhune, Espelette, etc. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Le gîte tout en simplicité a répondu à tous nos besoins. Les lits sont confortables. Les photos ne montrent pas la magnifique vue depuis le jardin !
