Beautiful character Holiday cottage on 1st floor and duplex (first floor occupied by your carport) overlooking Irouléguy vineyards and the mountains.
Numerous Hiking trails start from the Holiday cottage.
The Holiday cottage occupies the front facade with private courtyard and independent access, while the owners live at the rear of the house (no vis-à-vis).
First floor: courtyard, carport.
1st floor:

Possibility of renting only the 1st floor for 2 in low season (380 euros/week).
