A beautiful, charming holiday cottage on the first floor and in a duplex (the ground floor is occupied by your carport) with views of the Irouléguy vineyards and the mountains.
Numerous hiking trails start right from the holiday cottage.
The holiday cottage occupies the front of the house with a private courtyard and separate entrance; the owners live at the back of the house (no direct line of sight to neighboring properties).
Ground floor: courtyard, carport.
1st floor:
- Open-concept kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, 2 gas and 2 induction burners, dishwasher).
- Large living room with a sitting area featuring a wood-burning stove and TV, opening onto the covered terrace

Gîte très confortable et très bien équipé (chambres, sanitaires et électroménager). Malgré la canicule, la maison est restée parfaitement fraiche et agréable. Présence d’un garage appréciable pour les motards.
Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui sont disponibles et échangent sur tous les sujets, y compris pour les conseils de visites locales.
Compte tenu de la position géographique du gîte et des animaux à proximité, la présence de mouches est possible sur la terrasse.
En revanche, les ouvertures de la maison sont parfaitement protégées pour éviter que les insectes entrent à l’intérieur.

Les Macquis Parfait!
Très beau logement bien situé pour profiter pleinement de magnifiques paysages et de multiples randonnées à proximité. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille et profité pleinement de la terrasse couverte très agréable même par temps maussade. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et la maison est confortable et très bien équipée. Nous recommandons vivement !
