UHALDEN BORDA is a detached single-storey house located close to the owners' home, in the Acotz district of St Jean-de-Luz, 80 m from the A63 motorway.
It comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) and sitting area
- adjoining storeroom (washing machine, freezer)
- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm)
- bathroom with shower and corner bath
- a toilet
The Holiday cottage opens onto a terrace with garden furniture and a small garden.
The unheated Piscine (7x3.5m, depth 1.40m) is secured by a curtain and fenced in. It is available to guests from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday (weather permitting).
Summer kitchen with plancha and garden furniture to share.
These areas are available to owners outside these times.
Beds made on arrival, towels available for hire.
Electric heating is included.
Baby equipment available on request.
Wifi Internet connection. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
Parking on the property.
1.5km from the Beach and 5km from the center of St Jean-de-Luz. Skate park 150m away.

Le gîte est agréable et heureusement suffisamment frais car compte tenu des chaleurs, piscine accessible jusque 16h ( il serait bon de le mettre en gras sur l’annonce ) et un ventilateur fourni sur demande.
Trop cher pour les prestations fournies sur un mois de juin

Valentine Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à St-Jean-de-Luz. La maison était impeccable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les enfants ont très bien dormi. Nous avons fait plusieurs balades à vélo depuis la maison, le passage du pont se fait assez facilement, sur un trottoir. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité.
