Apartment on the first floor of the owners' house with separate entrance, located in Anglet, close to shops, transport and all amenities.
Private parking space secured by electric gate.
Entrance hall, living room with fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/WC (washing machine).
Beds made up on arrival. Linen and towels provided. Heating and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Wifi internet connection (fiber). Baby equipment on request.
Possibility of additional people sleeping comfortably on a sofa for a supplement of €100/person (5 to 7-night stay) or €50/person (2 to 4-night stay).
The gîte is ideally located 4km from Anglet beaches (Chambre d'Amour, Sables d'or),
5.3km from Biarritz center, 3.5km from Bayonne center. BAB shopping center nearby. Bus stops nearby. Biarritz Pays Basque airport 10 minutes away.

Remarquablement équipé.
Environnement très calme, aucun bruit.
Voiture dans garage couvert, à l'intérieur de la propriété, fermé par un portail.
Accueil extrêmement chaleureux et... goûteux, empreint d'une attention particulièrement bienveillante.

Line Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement spacieux de tout confort et aménagé avec goût. Dans la chambre il y a un grand dressing très pratique pour ranger les affaires. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, nous serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Yann Sejour à Anglet/Bayonne/Biarritz
Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux et personnel, accompagné d'excellents gâteaux basque pour notre goûter. Les propriétaires,Véronique et Francis, sont disponibles et prévenants. Le gîte est à l'état de neuf,fonctionnel,confortable et très propre.Le quartier est calme. Il est très bien situé pour aller à Bayonne comme à Biarritz, en vélo ou en Bus, les arrêts sont à proximité. Notre voiture a bénéficié d'un stationnement à l'abri est sécurisé. Tout était conforme, avec la bienveillance de Véronique et Francis. Un grand merci pour sejour chez vous.
