In a preserved environment, a green setting made up of woods, meadows, Jurançon vineyards and hazelnut trees, the Ticoulat gîte has taken place at the top of a hill.
This independent house dominates the landscapes to enjoy a beautiful view. Below 50 meters, a marked hiking or mountain biking trail allows a pleasant discovery walk in the heart of nature.
Ground floor :
- Spacious day room with its large bay windows comprising kitchen, living room, lounge.
- Kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave, 3-burner induction hob. Dining Area.
- Living room: open fireplace, TV, sofas. WIFI internet box. DVD player and small hi-fi system.
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). Bathroom. Separate toilets.
Stage :
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140). Bathroom/WC.
- 1 90 cm bed and 1 office area on the mezzanine. 1 cot (umbrella bed).
HERE EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED: beds made for your arrival, towels provided, heating and cleaning included.
Heating heat pump / reversible air conditioning.
Covered terrace facing south with view of the flower garden and its fountain, garden furniture, barbecue. 2 deckchairs.
The ground is not closed, it will be necessary to supervise your small pet (3 dogs in the close vicinity).
Private car park. Wood shelter for storing your bikes or other needs. Garage converted into a laundry room (washing machine, freezer, sink) and storage space available.

Notre gîte Ticoulat est au milieu de forêts, au coeur des noisetiers que nous cultivons et exploitons sur place.
Un sentier de randonnées balisé part à 50 mètres de notre gîte, pour des balades à pied ou VTT.
Le Jurançon, vin du roi Henri IV, est la production essentielle de ce territoire AOC.
Nous sommes à 10 km du village de Monein, dans un quartier tranquille où nous vivons en famille.

5/5Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable, confortable, joliment aménagée et bien équipée. L'accueil des propriétaires est attentionné et très chaleureux, ce fût une belle rencontre. Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé le calme et la nature environnante. Nous reviendrons !!

5/5Juste parfait ! En plus d être un beau gîte dans un cadre idyllique la famille Ticoulat est très accueillante et généreuse .
Notre enfant de 2 ans les appelle papy mamie .. le tour de tracteur et de quad lui a beaucoup plus .. il a vécu le rêve- Cleanliness 5/5

-la quiétude de la situation géographique (entouré de bois et des balades directement au départ du gîte)
- le confort de la maison (la cheminée n'est pas que décorative !)

Un petit paradis
5/5Endroit idyllique pour se ressourcer. Grande maison toute équipée et nichée en haut d'une colline dans un cadre propice à la détente, la randonnée et la découverte du Béarn. Nous sommes tombés amoureux des lieux.
Et que dire de l'accueil extrêmement chaleureux des hôtes, des personnes en or.
