In the charming village of Itxassou, famous for its cherries, Marie-Françoise will be delighted to welcome you to her 17th-century home, family property since 1890.
It's in this building, steeped in history, that we invite you to stay in the heart of the Basque Country.
SOUBELETA or "ZUBELETA", offers 5 spacious, comfortable rooms, with antique chestnut parquet flooring and family furniture.
They offer breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains: Mondarrain, Atharri, Artzamendi, Baigura.
A continental breakfast is included and served in the dining room or on the terrace.
You have access to a kitchenette and an internet connection.
At the foot of the Mountain, Itxassou is 20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and its beaches, Biarritz, Anglet and even Hendaye, as well as festive Bayonne...

Chris 40 Le charme des belles demeures
Gîte loin du bruit de la ville et dans un environnement bucolique.
La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné, traversante avec une belle cheminée, nous a permis de supporter la canicule.

Leslie Séjour parfait chez Marie-Françoise
Nous avons passez un excellent séjour chez Marie-Françoise même s’il fut court. L’accueil est très chaleureux, la chambre très spacieuse et le petit petit déjeuner délicieux ! La terrasse est un vrai plus pour la maison. Je recommande fortement de séjourner chez Marie-Françoise.

Margaux et Maxime Un très bon séjour à Soubeleta
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Marie-Françoise, à Soubeleta ! Tout était réuni : propreté et confort, un petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux, un accueil chaleureux, et une vue magnifique. Le cadre est superbe, entouré d’animaux, ce qui ajoute encore plus de charme à l’endroit. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Lucie Séjour très agréable
Marie-Françoise nous a accueilli avec gentillesse et simplicité. Nous avons tous les quatre beaucoup aimé nos chambres, très jolies, très propres et avec du cachet. Les petits-déjeuners étaient très bons, le lieu est superbe, bien entretenu, bien ombragé. Mention spéciale pour les adorables chiens et chats, affectueux mais pas du tout envahissants.
