Facing the Basque-Béarn Pyrenees, Domaine Sarraude is set in the heart of 36 hectares of unspoilt private woodland and meadows, with a variety of footpaths laid out just for you.
This independent Holiday cottage is a fully renovated character house dating back to 1663, with the charm of yesteryear and the comforts of today.
Private Piscine, open in fine weather from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (May to September, weather permitting). Unheated, salt water, 13 m x 6 m, depth 1.20 m. Secured by roller shutter.
On site, the owners' home and horse boarding facilities won't interfere with your privacy (independent access, shared parking).
First floor:
- Well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer).
- Living room with wood-burning stove, TV connected to Orange bouquet and Netflix. WIFI fiber internet connection.
- Bathroom (Italian shower, 2 basins, toilet, washing machine). Separate WC.
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200) Telework space. Baby equipment available on request.
First floor:
- 1 spacious bedroom with games area (4 beds 90x200 can be twinned to form a double bed)
- 1 master suite (1 bed 160x200) with private shower room
- Separate WC.
Beds made up, Bathroom linen provided. Housekeeping extra.
Fuel heating extra (fixed price). Wood extra.
Unenclosed grounds, private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers.
Your host Eric, a professional photographer, can also organize a "family portrait" photo shoot during your vacation. Studio or outdoor, rates and session on request.
Visits to the boarding stables possible in the presence of the owners.
Pets to be supervised (other animals on site and partially fenced property).
Salies de Béarn 5km away: Thermal baths, golf, casino, shops, restaurants, designer boutiques, spa. Ocean 65km.

Such a calm and peaceful place with amazing views. Host are really friendly and helpful. Nice places to visit nearby and in the city. Thank you also for a visit at the stable to see the lovely horses. Old house charm, makes your imagination run how life was at 17 century. I could easily come back.

Extraordinarily beautiful house, garden and location.

Eric en Kiteri zijn reuze fijne en gezellige mensen die altijd voor ons klaar stonden en gaven ons allerlei leuke tips
De omgeving is prachtig en het terrein en het huis is prachtig
Het is een echte aanrader om hier naartoe te gaan

Mathieu Séjour agréable dans le Béarn
Nous avons séjourné en famille dans le gîte de Kiteri et Eric. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et ils ont été disponibles et à l'écoute tout au long de notre séjour.
Leur gîte est confortable et situé dans un écrin de verdure, il est idéal pour passer des vacances au calme, dans un cadre idyllique. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, avec vue superbe sur les montagnes.

Olive&Edyta Havre de paix en Béarn
Séjour excellent dans un gîte rénové avec goût mêlant charme de l'ancien et modernité. Cette bâtisse à une histoire et Eric et Kiteri ont su la préserver.
Les extérieurs sont superbes avec une vue qui invite à la sérénité et au calme.
L'accueil a été excellent, nos hôtes mettent tout en œuvre pour que l'on passe un séjour agréable.

Famille Barranger Un gite d'exception !
Nous avons été très bien acceuilli par Éric et sa femme qui sont vraiment adorable. Le gite est très bien équipé, propre, spacieux et de haut standing ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'extérieur est super bien aménagé. Nous avons passé un super séjour, le soleil et la piscine vont nous manqués. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !
