The semi-covered swimming pool, owned by the owners (who live on site), is at your disposal from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (size 8 m x 3 m, depth 0.90 to 1.20 m).
The 18m2 interior is well designed, with all modern conveniences:
- Full bathroom facilities (shower, washbasin, toilet, hairdryer). Bathroom linen not supplied)
- Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-top). Pod coffee maker and kettle.
- Beds made up on arrival (1 bed 140 + sofa bed 140). Suitable for 2 adults and 1 child.
- Electric heating included. Small air conditioner and fan for summer use.
Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Weekly rental only. Parking on property (walking distance to roulotte).

The property offers panoramic views over lush green meadows, the Chalosse hills and the Pyrenees mountain range.
Numerous walks in the vicinity (including the Chemin des Crêtes with its superb views).
Orthez, Salies de Béarn and Dax are also within easy reach.
