Holiday cottage on the ground floor of a house comprising a year-round apartment and an upstairs rental.
Small kitchenette (4-burner gas stove, gas oven, 8-place dishwasher, microwave, small fridge with ice cube tray (no freezer).
Living/lounge area (TV, fireplace/insert, 2 wicker armchairs), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 alcove (1 x 140cm bed), shower room (washing machine, washbasin, shower, wc).
Gas heating extra. Parking, enclosed wooded grounds, terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue. Baby bed.
Beautiful views of the mountains and hills.
From the Holiday cottage, walks in the Countryside (signposted roads and paths). Towels available for hire.

Marie Très beau gîte avec vue exceptionnelle
Nous avons passé un exellent séjour au gîte Pinchat..
La maison est très belle la vue exceptionnelle
Le calme le confort du gîte où rien ne manque..
Sans oublier la grande gentillesse de Laeticia qui nous reçoit comme des amis..
Plus ses petites attentions bien appréciées..
Le Pays Basque est chaleureux même avec quelques averses
