Pleasant and bright detached house, recently renovated and brought up to date, at the entrance to the village of Lanne en Barétous, facing the Pyrenees peaks (Pic d'Anie).
Ground floor: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, TV).
Dining area opening onto the terrace. Comfortable living room (TV, internet box).
Clearance. Shower room/wc (washing machine).
Floor: 3 bedrooms (3 140 cm beds). Bathroom. WC.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
HOUSEHOLD: A contribution of 70 euros to cleaning costs will be payable on site.
At the back of the house, beautiful green space, fenced and shaded for relaxation, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers.
Electric heating included. Private parking. Terrace, parasol.
Possibility of a travel cot made on arrival and a high chair.
In the village, municipal swimming pool 500 meters away, uncovered and heated.
15 km from Oloron, on the edge of the Basque Country and close to Spain.
Panoramic view of the Pyrenees, forests, mountain pastures, house near the ski resorts of Pierre-Saint-Martin and Issarbe.
The Baretous valley offers all mountain activities, caving, hiking, skiing, climbing.

Très bon séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison, confortable, bien équipée et d'une propreté exemplaire. La campagne est vraiment belle et la station de ski de La Pierre Saint Martin assez proche. Les propriétaires sont adorables.

5/5Quand dire du gîte le pic d'Anie.
Accueillie par Claudine avec gentillesse et des petites attentions de bienvenue grandement appréciés.
Propreté impeccable.
Décoré avec goût, meubles fait a la main par le mari de claudine magnifiques.
Rien ne manque dans la cuisine des ustensiles jusqu'à la vaisselle et pourtant c'est rarement le cas.
La literie y est très bonne.
Le cadre exceptionnel et le doux tintement des cloches des brebis et vaches qui paissent aux alentours appaisant.
Je recommande vivement.
