Holiday cottage on the first floor of a house (year-round rental on the first floor), with ground-level access, located on the heights of the village of Souraïde, not overlooked by the main road.
Day room with open-plan kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave), living room (165cm TV, Bluetooth audio system) opening onto a large semi-covered terrace, 3 bedrooms (3 x 160cm beds), shower room with double basin and shower, WC. Storeroom (washing machine, tumble dryer).
The large adjoining 45m2 terrace, partly covered and equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, hammocks and a Spa (private access from April to early October), offers a beautiful view of the mountains and pleasant moments of relaxation.
2-seater carport, barbecue. Table tennis.
Beds made on arrival, towels for hire. Wifi Internet connection.
Underfloor heating and reversible air-conditioning included. Baby equipment on board.
The Holiday cottage is ideally located between the Sea and the Mountain, just a stone's throw from the listed villages of Espelette, Ainhoa and Sare.

    Idéal pour se ressourcer. Tout est parfait: accueil ,extérieur, intérieur où tout est raffiné comme à la maison. De délicieuses confiseries régionales sont offertes à l' arrivée. Merveilleuse,eux qu'on soit deux ou en famille.

    Gîte magnifique avec une vue splendide.

    Parfait

    Gîte très confortable, bien équipé et surtout très propre.
    Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires avec un petit panier garni à l'arrivée, une vue magnifique sur les montagnes depuis la terrasse. Tout est prévu pour passer d'agréables vacances. Nous reviendrons.
