Kakouetta and Holzarte gorges 30 km away. On the GR78 and St Jacques de Compostelle routes. Walks starting from the gîte.

PJ Lovely location
Was welcomed by Dominique and his mum. The Gite is surrounded by countryside, perfect if you want to get away from the stresses of modern day life. Although in the information it stated that there is no Internet, I had it. The only downside are the flies which were a menace.

BORD'EAU LA SERENITE
Gîte très agréable pour qui recherche la tranquillité.
Très bien situé pour faire de nombreuses et belles randonnées , mais à proximité des villes touristiques
Le propriétaire est accueillant et disponible , ses parents sympathiques et discrets

La acogida de Dominique fue muy cercana y simpatica.
El sitio muy acogedor y comodo con acertada distribucion del mobiliario.
Los alrededores dan para un par de meses y el paisaje incomparable, y cuidado a la manera tradicional

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette région du Pays Basque loin de la foule du bord de mer. Le gîte est situé dans un hameau calme entouré de montagne.
Le gîte est très bien aménagé et très propre.
Nous avons été accueillis par les parents du propriétaire qui sont des gens très charmants et nous avons beaucoup discuté avec eux. Cela étant ils sont très discrets. Nous avons vu le propriétaire le jour du départ et il est vraiment très gentil aussi.
Nous conseillons vivement ce gîte à tous les voyageurs sans hésiter. Vous passerez de bonnes vacances nous en sommes certains.- Cleanliness
