Detached house sleeps 12 to 14, on the outskirts of the village of Alçay, near another 8-person Holiday cottage (Holiday cottage Bordaberria G132086) run by the same owner, who lives on site.
The owner has a small donkey farm, which she will be delighted to show you around.
Unique panorama of the foothills of the Pyrenees (Bostmendieta, Pic des Escaliers). For lovers of nature and space.
First floor:
- Kitchen: 5-burner gas stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher
- Living room: tables and chairs, wood-burning stove, TV, WIFI connection
- Bathroom: walk-in shower/wc, washbasin
1st floor:
- 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with 140cm beds + 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed + 2 90cm bunk beds.
- 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower, washbasin and WC and 1 with shower and washbasin.
- 1 separate WC
BEDS MADE ON ARRIVAL INCLUDED.
Attic:
- Large relaxation and games area: sofa, armchairs, TV, Kids games, 2 beds 90.
Sleeps 14 with supplement.
On the mezzanine:
- Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer (working bread oven).
Electric heating and wood stove available at extra cost.
Veranda terrace (additional living space), garden furniture, barbecue. Unenclosed grounds (donkeys).
Linen rental available.
Pets allowed, but please note that the owner has a dog and that the Holiday cottage next door is also pet-friendly.
Typical 19th-century house in the Soule valley, on a mountainside in the eastern part of the Arbailles massif, not far from the famous Ahuski plateau.
Holiday cottages G332018 and G132086 are independent. Located in the immediate vicinity, they can be rented together, for a total capacity of up to 22 people.

Julien V. Excellent séjour dans un lieu magnifique
Superbe séjour, dans un gîte magnifique, avec vue incroyable sur toute la vallée. Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné des propriétaires, qui nous ont fait découvrir leur élevage d'ânes des Pyrénées et participer à la traite. Mention spéciale à l'incroyable terrasse avec table de jardin, où nous avons pu partager plusieurs barbecues en famille, survolés par les milans et les vautours.

Christine et amis un super gîte
Un accueil excellent, avec le feu dans le poêle. Merci à Christine et Jean-Philippe pour la chaleur de leur accueil, leur disponibilité et leurs suggestions de balades avec les petits. Le gîte est très propre et super bien équipé. Les lits très confortables. Et la vue !

Un gîte de qualité dans un environnement très agréable . La vue est magnifique, la proximité avec la nature et les ânes sont un véritable atout. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Christine et Jean-Philippe. Merci à eux pour l’accueil et le partage d’infos ainsi que pour leur disponibilité. Nos enfants ( et nous aussi) gardent de bons souvenirs de cette semaine. Nous avons déjà envie d’y retourner !

marief Séjour agréable et paisible
Christine et Jean-Philippe sont des hôtes très accueillants et à l'écoute . Le gîte est très confortable et très propre. nous avons tous très bien dormi. Nos avons pu faire des petites randonnées et participer à la traite des ânesses de nos hôtes . C'était un séjour sympathique . A recommander

pv81 séjour hivernal à Oxapuria
Séjour très agréable, malgré des conditions météo passables. très bon accueil des proprios qui nous ont mis à l'aise dés notre arrivée. lieu très calme avec accès à pas mal de randos autour du gite, ou en prenant la voiture.
et, puis, les ânesses à traire, les produits locaux à consommer sans modération, proposés par nos hôtes.
