Small new 50m2 detached house on one level, close to the owner's house and another Holiday cottage, 1.5km from Espelette village.
Quiet neighborhood on the edge of the Forest, at the end of a dead-end road.
The entire Holiday cottage is accessible and equipped for disabled people.
Equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), living room, sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), shower room/wc.
Heating included.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied. Housekeeping included.
WIFI connection.
Parking, private covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Garden with deckchairs.
Outside storeroom (washing machine). Green up socket for recharging electric vehicle (extra charge).
The Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring the Basque coast and inland.
Isabelle can pick up your groceries (drive), so don't forget to contact her before you arrive.

Gite absolument neuf et superbement aménagé pour personne en fauteuil roulant.
Aidante de mon mari j'ai particulièrement apprécié ce confort qui m'a permis de passer également un super séjour.

Flore un bel endroit
Le gite mérite un 5 étoiles :Il est spacieux ,doté d'un lit king size de qualité avec des draps en lin ,avec tous les éléments de confort pour vivre un excellent moment .
De plus, il est situé au fond d'une impasse et permet donc tout en étant à proximité d'Espelette de profiter du calme .

Calimero Top one au classement des Gîtes de France
Habitués des Gîtes de France, car nous boycottons Airbnb et autre Booking ! C'est sans contestation le meilleur des gîtes que nous connaissons. Il est neuf, spacieux, confortable, décoré avec goût et équipé comme chez soi (Google chrome cast...)
J'arrête de dire du bien car les vacanciers vont se précipiter et nous ne pourrons bientôt plus revenir.
