MOANE TTIPI is a beautiful Basque house built in 2017 on the heights of the village of Hélette. It enjoys a privileged location and a lovely view of the mountains.
A blend of tradition and modernity, it offers a host of attractive features.
First floor:
- a 55m2 living room with fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge-freezer, 5-burner piano with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), living room and sitting area with fireplace and TV
- one bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, private shower room/wc and dressing room
- bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), private shower room
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), private shower room
- a toilet
Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with a play area for Kids, a rowing machine and a relaxation area with nets.

Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Underfloor heating with heat pump is included. Wood for the fireplace is extra (1st flambé free).
A private, heated Piscine (8x4) is available from June 1 to September 28, weather permitting. It is secured by a sliding wooden platform. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Lounge area.
