New, comfortable 3-star gîte on the first floor of the owners' house (2 guest rooms on the first floor of the gîte).
Magnificent mountain views from your private terrace overlooking the village.
Heated swimming pool (May to October, weather permitting) and SPA available all year round, for relaxing after your hikes (to be shared with guest rooms and family).
Air-conditioned attic. Day room including :
- Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine).
- Living room with wood-burning stove (TV, WIFI connection).
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 160) with ensuite bathroom (bath, washbasin, wc)

Glass roof and floor in the hallway leading to the 2 bedrooms, to take advantage of the natural light.

Pleasant covered terrace adjoining your accommodation, with magnificent panoramic views (Mont Baïgura opposite).
Gîte on a working farm (horse-breeding), which you can see depending on the season of your stay.
On the edge of the chemin des contrebandiers (horse-riding, hiking and mountain-biking trail). The property can accommodate riders and their mounts in outdoor paddocks on request.
Saint Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route. All mountain leisure activities nearby.
Saint Jean Pied de Port 20 km away. Ocean 45 km. Spanish border 20 mn.

couple breton séjour en septembre
Bonjour notre séjour à été agréable, le gîte est confortable propre l'environnement est très joli , nôtre seul regret est de n'avoir pas vu la propriétaire un seul sms pour nous dire que le gîte était prêt pour notre arrivée, aucun échange pendant la semaine,
alors qu'il ya du monde sur place pour les chambres d'hôtes bien dommage!- Cleanliness

Famille Bretonne Vacances à Ioldhy
Dans l’ensemble nous avons passés un bon séjour au gîte Mendiburia. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir été accueilli à notre arrivée ni pendant la semaine pour pouvoir échanger sur des lieux à visiter etc …En revanche la propriétaire est très réactive par sms avant le séjour. L’espace dans le gîte est très agréable, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel. Le matelas dans la chambre du fond est peu confortable.
Nous retenons une vue magnifique, calme et adapté pour les enfants qui pourront s’émerveiller devant les cheveaux et jouer dans la piscine.- Cleanliness

AlPa Superbe !!
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine !! Le gîte est très beau, propre, la literie de très bonne qualité... Nous avons pris plaisir à profiter de la terrasse avec la vue magnifique sur les montagnes ! Et la piscine parfaite pour se rafraîchir. Josy a été très accueillante et disponible quand nous avions une demande. Nous recommandons vivement. C'était au-delà de nos attentes :)
