Your gîte occupies the main façade of the Lajus house, while the owners live in an adjoining wing with independent car access.
The swimming pool and courtyard in front of the house are exclusively yours and private. The half-hectare shared property features forests, unobstructed views, a vegetable garden and a flower-filled terrace under a pergola. Sunbathing, barbecue and garden furniture complete the outdoor facilities, as does the swimming pool annex for you: tumble dryer, fridge-freezer and additional sanitary facilities with shower, washbasin and toilet.
In the gite: first floor: kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, washing machine), living room (TV, DVD player, CD player, WIFI internet connection). No toilet on ground floor.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (5 beds 90, 1 bed 160). 1 single bed and 1 crib. Pellet stove and electric convector heaters.
The master bedroom has full en-suite facilities (shower, washbasin, wc). 1 further shower room upstairs with access via corridor (shower, washbasin, wc).
Beds are made for your arrival, towels are provided, cleaning and heating are included.
