Comfortable gîte with heated above-ground pool, on the first floor of a house located in a quiet area about 1.5 kilometers from Espelette village center. Year-round rental on first floor.
1st floor: fitted kitchen (American fridge), living room, sitting area, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room (double washbasin and toilet), toilet.
2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, 1 bed 90), 1 attic bedroom with velux window (1 bed 140), 1 small attic bedroom (2 beds 90), 1 relaxation/reading area with 1 bed 90, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, double washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer, separate wc.
Aerothermal heating included. Beds made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, cleaning included.
Large terrace, garden furniture, gas plancha. Private heated above-ground pool open from May to late October, secured by a gate.
Owner has access to basement.
