Spacious, bright contemporary Detached house in typical Aydius village (goat farms to discover).
Ground floor:
- Spacious 60 m² living room with comfortable lounge (wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, connected speakers, piano, Fibre internet connection)
- Living room opening onto terrace (beautiful view of countryside and village)
- Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
FLOOR.
- Mezzanine (table soccer, reading corner)
- 1 Kids' bedroom (2 x 90cm bunk beds, 1 x 140cm bed, TV with Netflix/DVD player),
- 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 1 baby bed)
- 1 master bedroom (1 bed 160, TV, private shower/wc). Opening onto covered balcony (nice view).
BED LINEN PROVIDED. Bathroom (bath, shower, 2 basins), 1 separate toilet.
Terrace, parking, unfenced grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis.
Electric heating extra. Wood available free of charge.
Pet welcome (1 per stay - security deposit extra). You will need to keep an eye on your pet as the grounds are not enclosed (pasture area).

Mélanie Super gîte!
Nous venons de passer une super semaine dans le gîte d'Emmanuelle. Tout est fait pour que les locataires s'y sentent bien: le logement est spacieux, très confortable, très bien équipé (pour la cuisine, pour les enfants...il y a des livres pour tous à disposition, des jeux...). Nous avons adoré le cadeau de bienvenue, l épicerie à dispo, les lits faits à l'arrivée, l accueil d Emmanuelle.
Le gîte est rénové avec beaucoup de goût et de praticité, la literie est super, la vue magnifique...bref! Tout est chouette et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir pour continuer à découvrir cette très belle région.- Cleanliness

Lucy Great house in a beautiful location
Fantastic stay at this beautiful house. Located in a rural village it was the perfect place to recharge with great local walks and nearby ski resorts.
The house was even better than in the pictures, the host is very welcoming and was available for any issues or questions during our stay. Would highly recommend and we are looking forward to returning next year.- Cleanliness

Villa propre, toutes les commodités.
Superbe vue, fermes de brebis a 5 minutes à pied, très bon fromages.

Thibault Semaine de vacances en juillet à Lou maval
Une super semaine de vacances en famille dans le gîte Lou Maval.
La maison est vraiment très belle, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et surtout dans un cadre enchanteur. Emmanuelle est très disponible et facilitante.
Les fromages de chèvre sont excellents.
Je recommande fortement la maison. On repart avec des beaux souvenirs. Merci beaucoup
Seul bémol, en été, il faut toutefois composer avec les mouches et la chaleur.
Peut être qu'une moustiquaire au rez de chaussée sur l'un des ouvrants, permettrait d'aérer la pièce principale sans faire entrer les mouches.
