Attractive duplex gîte, fully renovated in 2022, adjoining gîte G152146, in a large renovated farmhouse comprising the owners' house and 3 other gîtes, in a quiet area 7km from the town of Sare.
First floor: fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 corner bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, no window), shower room, wc.
First floor/mezzanine: living room (sofa, TV).
Electric heating and reversible air-conditioning included. Bed linen, towels and household linen provided. WIFI connection.
Parking space. Shared courtyard. Private terrace under lorio, garden furniture, barbecue.
Numerous hiking trails starting from the gîte. Spanish border at 1.5 km. Sare caves 1.4 km away.
The owners' daughter offers a massage and hairdressing salon on site at an additional cost.
