Excellent séjour ,fin septembre, appartement bien situé pour visiter un maximum de sites sans trop faire de kms ,belle vue ,confort....Bémol pour la place de parking ,qui nécessite quand même une certaine habileté...

Arresta Perfect Apartment.
We were very pleased with the Long Beach apartment and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very quiet. We were very impressed by the level and quality of the equipment and appliances provided with everything necessary to prepare and cook any meals, (beware of the knives, they are extremely sharp). Some of the notices were a little peculiar, especially the one in the refrigerator regarding the door, but perhaps something was lost in my translation. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress-free, relaxing holiday and we hope to visit again but for longer next time.

Belges... Quelle vue !
Tout était bien hormis l'exiguïté de l'appartement... mais on ne peut pas tout avoir : la vue et l'espace, le beurre et l'argent du beurre.
Point négatif : le parking personnel promis. Même les propriétaires présents se chamaillent entre-eux pour des places déjà rendues très difficiles d'accès vue la pente existante.- Cleanliness

l'appartement fait 53 m2 et 2 chambres comme indiqué sur l'annonce Gites de France et les plans
la place de parking privative est le numéro 23. Il y a une barrière sur la place que vous pouvez fermer lorsque vous partez .... Mais le fait d'avoir la barrière personne ne s'y met dessus...
il n y a jamais eu de problème les gens ne squattent pas la place. Nous somme peu de propriétaires à avoir des places privatives. J y vis moi même 9 mois par an sans souci. Peut être n'avez vous pas utilisé la bonne place.... -

bonjour merci pour votre avis. prochainement un velux sera installé à la salle de bain de l'étage. L'appartement a effectivement entièrement été refait. Pour le parking, je le dis toujours, il faut s'y mettre en marche en arrière... et ainsi aucune manoeuvre à faire... c'est l'idéal
