LILITEIA is a pretty detached house built in 2026 on the heights of the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, 14km from St Jean-de-Luz.
It is arranged over 2 levels and offers comfortable accommodation.

Agathe Tres agréable gîte
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte très richement équipé et très propre. La maison offre le charme d'une façade selon le style traditionnel et le confort d'un aménagement moderne. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de Saint jean de luz et de la côte et proche de chemins de balade. Merci à Mélanie et ses parents pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Muriel Echappée belle au Pays Basque
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Liliteia. Un grand merci à Mélanie, la propriétaire, pour son accueil très chaleureux et ses attentions délicates, clin d’œil aux spécialités locales. Communication très fluide avec elle et ses parents pour l’arrivée comme pour la remise des clés en fin de séjour. Le gîte est situé sur les hauteurs de Saint Pée-sur-Nivelle, petit village qui offre commerces, restaurants, et tous les services. Nous avons trouvé la situation du gîte parfaite et très pratique car assez centrale pour rayonner sur la région, plages et arrière-pays. Le logement est particulièrement spacieux, très bien aménagé et équipé, calme et vraiment agréable avec sa terrasse, sa belle vue et son grand extérieur. Ce fut un petit havre de paix pour se ressourcer le soir après une journée de visites. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Gite impeccable,propre,spacieux,très bien équipé et très bien agencé, cuisine équipée avec tout les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaire.
Cadre agréable,calme,belle vue de la terrasse. Propriétaire gentil et accueillant.
