LILITEIA is a pretty detached house built in 2026 on the heights of the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, 14km from St Jean-de-Luz.
It is arranged over 2 levels and offers comfortable accommodation.
First floor:
- living room with fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), island dining area with high chairs, lounge area with 178cm TV

    Lilitea à St pée c'est sympa !

    Je trouve très bien que notre hôte ai choisi les gîtes de France pour confier cette location de maison neuve très bien équipée.les gîtes de France sont un label de qualité.Maison très agréable, faite avec bon coût,des matériaux de qualité et conforme aux photos.seul petit regret n'avons pu faire la connaissance de Mélanie. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison.

    Très bien accueillie, avec une petite surprise gourmande à l'arrivée.

    Tres agréable gîte

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte très richement équipé et très propre. La maison offre le charme d'une façade selon le style traditionnel et le confort d'un aménagement moderne. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de Saint jean de luz et de la côte et proche de chemins de balade. Merci à Mélanie et ses parents pour l'accueil chaleureux.
