In the center of Saint-Palais, pleasant 6/8-person detached house, spacious and functional, in quiet street with all shops, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance.
Large above-ground swimming pool 7.20m x 3.65m x 1.10m deep. Private Piscine available from June to September, weather permitting.
First floor: Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-top, 4 gas hobs).
Living room, sitting area (TV) + reading room (small TV, library, Alsatian-style wood-burning stove). Separate WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 electric bed 140, 1 bed 140 with toilet and TV corner, 4 beds 90). Bathroom, wc.
Enclosed annexe (washing machine, American fridge, gas stove, heated extra shower room with Italian shower and washbasin).
Parking on the property (electric gate), enclosed garden, terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and plancha.

Martine Excellent séjour dans ce gîte de St Palais
Location spacieuse, très agréable et lumineuse avec un jardin fleuri un équipement très important. Rien ne manque, ni en cuisine ni pour les loisirs (3tv, baby-foot table de ping pont, piscine, vélos....).Les propriétaires sont charmants, plusieurs salons à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, avec ou sans tonnelle. La plancha et le barbecue sont un plus.

Friendly and involved owner. Gite fully equipped and everything was there down to the smallest detail.
Centrally located in the village center but still very quiet. All shops within walking distance. Very beautiful surroundings.
Photos of the garden are somewhat misleading and no longer correspond to reality. (more densely overgrown)

Merci a Maïté et son mari pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse
Ils sont disponibles a tout moment en cas de soucis. Heureusement nous n en avons eu aucun.
Le gîte est idéalement situe et calme.
Il est magnifiquement fleuri. Quel bonheur de petit déjeuner au parfum des roses.
La grande piscine a fait le plaisir des grands et des petits.
Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans ce gîte.

Nous vous remercions pour ce partage d'expérience, après vérification auprès des propriétaires il est regrettable de ne pas les avoir prévenu de la baisse du niveau de l'eau de piscine, pour que le système de filtration fonctionne, afin qu'ils puissent rapidement intervenir pour y remédier- En aucun cas la piscine n'a été en panne. Une piscine demande une surveillance et un entretien hebdomadaire. Le service qualité 64
