Between the Landes and the Pyrenees, the Holiday cottage Les Bains offers spacious accommodation in pleasant surroundings, ideal for vacations in the heart of nature or business trips.

Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's home, in the heart of a 15-hectare farm (cornfields, woods, meadows, irrigation lake).
Between Sea and Mountains, Béarn and Landes, you're 12 km from Orthez (nautical base), 28 km from Dax (spa town), 17 km from Salies-de-Béarn (spa town), 70 km from the Landes beaches (Capbreton Hossegor).
On the first floor, you'll find :
- Fitted kitchen opening onto large terrace (dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, American fridge-freezer)
- Living room (TV, WIFI Internet connection, open fireplace).
- WC. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer)
First floor:
- 4 bedrooms, 3 of which open onto south-facing balcony (2 beds 160, 2 beds 140). Baby bed.
- 2 shower rooms and 1 WC. Bed linen and towels provided (can be rented).
Heating included (heat pump). WOOD NOT INCLUDED for fireplace.
Unenclosed grounds (pets to be supervised). 2 terraces, one of which (70 m2) is north-facing (pleasant in summer) at the back of the house (view of the Lake).
As an extension of your terrace, the owner's swimming pool is available free of charge (gate not closed and pool surround not yet secured = swimming to be supervised, young children not recommended).

Walks around the lake on site (no fishing, no swimming) and signposted hikes in the village.
