Holiday cottage on the 1st and 2nd floors of the owners' house, in a neighborhood just a stone's throw from the towpath and the banks of the Nive river in Ustaritz, 13km from Bayonne.
First floor: independent entrance.
1st floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), lounge, shower room (washing machine), wc.
2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom (1 bed 160)
All inclusive: gas heating included, housekeeping included, beds made on arrival, bathroom linen supplied.
Wifi Internet access.
Courtyard and garden shared with the owner, with garden furniture and plancha.

Aurore Gite de Monique
Gite spacieux, bien décoré, confortable, agréable et surtout très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monique. Elle est disponible tout en restant discrète. Aucun problème pour ce garer juste à côté du Gîte. Il est très bien placé : les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité, et il est proche des sites et villes à visiter. Le plus c'est le chemin de halage juste à côté.

Super séjour.le gîte est très gai et agréablement décoré. Tout y est de bonne qualité et l'hôtesse est très sympathique et généreuse dans son accueil.
