Enclosed 500 m2 grounds including a pleasant wood terrace at the rear of the house with no overlooking (direct access from the kitchen or from the garden via a wheelchair ramp).
Raised first floor (access by steps). Basement of 30 m2 with laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).
Air-conditioned living room including :
- Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher)
- Living room (TV, CD player and WIFI FIBRE internet connection).
- 2 bedrooms (2 beds 160). Beds made on arrival.
- Bathroom: large shower (possibility of adding handicapped-accessible fixtures), washbasin and sanibrushed toilet. 1 separate WC.
Upstairs (access by spiral staircase): 1 small attic bedroom (1 bed 115 x 185) with air-conditioning.
Additional electric heating (heat pump and voltaic panels).
Carport. Gated property. Garden furniture including table, chairs, outdoor lounge with small sofa and two armchairs, parasol, barbecue.
CLEANING SERVICE TO BE PAID EITHER ON BOOKING OR TO THE OWNER ON ARRIVAL FOR STAYS OF TWO WEEKS OR MORE.
The 2 deposits are to be given to the agent on arrival at the Holiday cottage.
