The owners have an apartment adjoining the house.
First floor:

- 3 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed, private bathroom

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), convertible into 1 double bed (180cm)

- Attic shower room with wc
- Mezzanine with desk and bookcase
Beds made up on arrival. Linen and towels included. Wifi internet connection. Baby equipment on request.
Heating extra charge (meter reading required). Wood for fireplace provided.
Covered terrace with garden furniture, plancha and barbecue.
Laundry room with washer/dryer.
Heated swimming pool (9x5m), secured by alarm (open from 1/06 to 30/09, weather permitting). Deckchairs. Garden.

Children will enjoy the company of the owners' chickens and goats nearby.
From the garden and pool, you'll enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Basque hills, dotted with stone bordes!
From the house, you can take a number of walks, on one side leading to the listed village of Labastide-Clairence, with its streets, craftsmen and church, and on the other to the Route des Cimes, which leads to Belloc Abbey or Hasparren, with its panoramic view of the Rhune in the distance.
