Set on 100 m2, your rental occupies the entire first floor of the owners' house, with no facing building.
Independent entrance: from the parking lot (secured by a gate), down several steps.

- Large living room opening onto south-facing covered terrace: living room, sitting area (120 cm connected TV, WIFI connection).
