Spanning 100 m², your rental occupies the entire ground floor of the owners’ home and is completely private.
Separate entrance: from the parking lot (secured by a gate), down a few steps.
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer).
- Large living area with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a south-facing covered terrace: living room, sitting area (120 cm smart TV, Wi-Fi).
- 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed that can be split into 2 separate 80x200 beds).
- 1 bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with private bathroom (shower and sink).
- 1 sleeping area (1 90 bed) with full bathroom facilities (shower, sink, toilet).
- Bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). 1 separate toilet. Baby bed and high chair.
- Laundry room (washer, dryer).
Wellbeing amenities available for an additional fee from May 1 through October 31.
Beds made on arrival and bath linens included. Heat pump heating included. Apartment stays cool in the summer.
